Return and Exchange

Our company carries out the exchange and return of the purchased products in the absence of traces of use of the goods by the buyer, preservation of the presentation, consumer qualities, factory packaging and documents confirming the purchase (sales receipt). Discounted goods cannot be returned and exchanged. 1 month warranty for discounted goods.
The creak in the mechanism is not covered by the warranty.

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the opportunity within 14 calendar days to exchange goods for the same, if:

  • the goods did not suit the buyer in color, size or shape;
  • product cannot be used as intended.

If at the time of the exchange of a similar product is not available, the buyer has the right to:

  • purchase of another product;
  • exchange for a similar product, subject to its appearance in the finished goods warehouse;
  • implementation of the refund.

Exchange/refund of the purchased goods is made at an authorized service center located at the address: Kyiv, St. Syretska, 9.

Service center schedule:

  • Monday - Friday - from 09.00 to 19.00;
  • Saturday - Sunday - day off.

Refunds are made both in cash and by bank transfer, after product inspection and receiving an acceptance certificate from the service center, if there is a receipt for its purchase from the buyer. Terms of return range from 1 to 7 working days.

When returning the goods through carriers (“Nova Poshta”, “Mist-Express”), the funds are transferred to the client for 1 to 7 working days, after a service center specialist examines it and an acceptance certificate has been drawn up.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in the design, design and equipment of the product without prior notice.
