Delivery & Payment

    The company "GT" resumes its work and the shipment of orders in Kyiv and Ukraine in the non-occupied territories.

1. The order can be picked up at the Pickup Point at the address: Kyiv, st. Syretskaya 9, BC "Mayak". Opening hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.

2. Delivery in Kyiv is carried out by our couriers to the buyer's house on Monday, on Wednesday, on Friday from 12:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off.

Delivery is free on almost all products. There are separate positions for which is a delivery tarif, upon confirmation of the order, the manager informs the customer additionaly.

The date of delivery can be discussed with manager when confirming the order.

Available forms of payment: cash to the courier during delivery, payment by card, payment online on the website, bank transfer, cash on delivery, installment payment.

3. Delivery in Ukraine is made only to working branches of Nova Poshta. 

Delivery is free on almost all products. There are separate positions for which is a delivery tarif, upon confirmation of the order, the manager informs the customer additionaly.

 Available branches can be viewed on the carrier's website "List of open branches".

The terms of dispatch and delivery to the branch depend on the general situation in the region. Delivery cost, according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta. Payment for an order is made both based on full prepayment and post payment. 

Pay attention:

All chairs are transported exclusively in disassembled form. Delivery in assembled form is not provided. When getting your order, be sure to check it for integrity, complete set and no damage. In the event of any damage or any inconsistency in the made order, please immediately inform our managers by telephone at 0800 21 24 20 (free for all operators). Please, document all damages found in the parcel, instantly in the carrier's office.
